There are a variety of research studies at the Child and Adolescent Bipolar Services (CABS) program. Participation in research is not required to receive services at CABS. However, scientific knowledge about pediatric bipolar disorder is currently limited, and research is vital to improving our ability to diagnose and treat bipolar disorder in children and adolescents.
Certain research studies at CABS may be able to provide psychiatric assessment and in some cases, interventions and follow-up for a limited time without charge.
