Clinical Services

CABS is an integrated clinical and research program devoted to evaluating and treating children and adolescents who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, are experiencing symptoms that suggest bipolar disorder, or have severe mood problems. The program is part of Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of UPMC in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  

CABS offers both inpatient and outpatient services. Outpatient services are based at Bellefield Towers and inpatient services at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic's main building at Thomas Detre Hall.
